Day 9 July 13, 2023

Up bright & early and off to McD's for breakfast before heading west on Hwy I90. At Gillette we stopped for gas and headed SW towards Casper WY.  Stopped in Casper for fuel and a sandwich. After our little break we headed west on 25 to Riverton WY for the night. Checked into Motel 6 then later we had McD's for supper.  It seems like there are only fast food joints to eat at anymore. No pictures today but we did have road construction. Came upon an accident where someone hit the rear end of a sherrif'f's car and did big time damage. then at a rest area we saw an ambulance and a helicopter medevac.  It also had a lot of construction equipment there as well.  Not sure what happened there. High today was 94F.  To date we have travelled 1868 miles or 3006 KM so far.
