Day 2 July 6,2023

Slept in till 8 AM.  Walked to the Esso for breakfast. Guess what we saw? Yes, a telephone booth. Then back to room to pack up and head out for Weyburn. Crossed over the Danielson Damn then continued to Moose Jaw where we stopped to see Mac the Moose. After a short break at the A&W we headed for Weyburn.  Got to Circle 6 motel. Checked in then headed for Nickle Lake for supper with Barry & Janice. They have the concession at the lake. Barry & Janice are old friends of mine since the trucking days. Wheat stalks along Hwy 39 going thru Weyburn.
