Day 7 July 11, 2023

Got up to pouring rain but by the time we were dressed the sun was out.  Breakfast at McD's then we headed into Rapid City to the H D shop for an oil change.  Two hours later we were headed for MT Rushmore. Had an ice cream there before we headed to the Pig's Tail.  On way back we stopped at Keystone to look around.  Back to motel. Called and booked our Motel 6 for the next three nights before we went down town Sturgis to the Loud American restaurant, where we ate too much again.  Just made it back to the room before it poured and some hail. Then Gerry locked us out of our room, so had to get master key.
