Day 7

After a delicious breakfast at Granny"s we headed for Old Town.

We spent at least 2 Hours there and maybe have found more information for the Morrison Family Tree as the information I got is the same info that I already have.  Amazing. Will check further when we get home.
There wer many old cabins, stores, etc built in the 1800's.

We then went back to the Museum for about 5 hours more to look at the exhibits that we missed yesterday.

Taking a break at the chuckwagon for beans & biscuits cooked over an open fire. The old cowboy was very informative and we enjoyed the visit.

This Kodiak Bear weighed at least 1600 lbs.
One of the McCracken expeditions went as far north as the north sea. Picture of schooner below.  He contributed a lot of information on bears and northern wildlife.

We are going to pack up in morning from our cozy campsite and start heading further south so we do not have to go thru Yellowstone National Park as we were told that it is very, very busy there.
