Day 17

A bunch of us went into Garberville for breakfast & groceries then back to Myers Flats.  Sat around all day watching the gang pull in and visiting.

Day 18

A ride went to the Avenue of the Giants and then to Ferndale for lunch.  I believe that there were 19 bikes and about 25 people.

Day 19

Twenty bikes took off for Fort Bragg on the coast.  A real twisty crappy highway. We all went for sea food and took some pictures of the ocean. Every one ate too much and the road back was a lot better once we left the ocean area.

Day 20

Gerry & I went back to the Avenue of the Giants to see what we missed the first day there.
The banquet was awesome.  Then every one said there good byes for another year.

Day 21

Gerry & I took off and headed up the coast and stopped at the ODKOA.  Many, many sand duners were also camped there so it was a noisy nite.  We got to meet a young man who was riding his bicycle from Mexico to Canada.  Very interesting fellow.

Day 22

Rode as far as south of Raymond, WA to a camp ground called Bush Pioneer Park. Supper at the Cove of the Bay  Very good supper.

Day 23

We made to the Klahowya WA State Park and got to see a Giant Spruce Tree.  This camp was very expensive and all you got was cold water to shower & wash with so we had to heat water in our little pot to be able to wash with in the morning. Not impressed for $30.

Day 24

Crossed the border back into Canada at Sumas and the headed for Bridal Falls,  Stayed at the Rainbow Ranch camp ground.

Day 25

We headed north thru the Canyon on Highway #1 and stopped at Hells Gate and took the tram down and over the Fraser Canyon and then we took the foot bridge over the canyon.  Stopped for the night at Brookside Camp ground in Cache Creek and then went to the Husky for a very nice supper.

No pictures as they will not upload for some reason. If you want to see the picture you will have to come & visit us once we have them on the house computer. LOL

We have a couple of interesting stories to tell people but not on line.  Too emberasing.
