Sitting pretty

Run of the mill mountain

Our steeds waiting to take us down the mountain

July 20, 2018.

We made it back to Canada, Milk River Alberta to be exact. Our rally was a resounding success. We had 117 souls for the banquet yesterday and it was delicious and BIG!! I may not have to eat again for as long as I live LOL. A day has gone by and I'm still full. Neither Annie or I won one of four fifty fifties plus we struck out on the door prizes this time around but we won three at the previous rally over in Sandpoint Idaho. There was a set of triplets who won five fifty fifties so I guess it was their turn.

July 13, 2018

Holidays! Hurray!! Headed out this morning and got as far as Nanton and met up with Rod & Bob at the Museum.  Awesome private tour so to speak as Rod was an aircraft mechanic for 45+ years and one of the Snowbirds in the museum was one that he flew.

Then is was off to Claresholm for the night of visiting until Dianne came and picked up Bob to go back to Lethbridge

July 14

Headed out from Claresholm and south we went.  Some construction thru the Blood Band Reserve before we hit rain just north of Cardston.  Got to the Peigan MT border crossing and waited for a long time to get into the USA.  Had lunch in St Mary's then headed over the Going to the Sun road.  Rain in West Glacier, foggy at the top of the pass and then sun shine down about one mile and finally hot weather.

July 15

After breakfast at the Owl's Nest

Gerry's small truck driving breakfast LOL

July 16

After breakfast we headed for the Army & Navy store.  Not like they used to be, so back to the rally and visited with all our old UMCI friends and vegetated for the rest of the day. Very hot day 100 degrees F.

July 17

After a banana bread breakfast a group of us headed for Polson at the bottom end of the Flat Head Lake and visited the American Museum which after 4 hours it seemed that we would never see the end, so headed back for camp.

More pictures later when computer is recharged. Sorry
